Flat Surface: Please ensure a safe/flat surface is available for setup prior to booking. The set can be used on any flat surface type (grass, pavement, decking, etc.). 2. Setup & Breakdown: Please note, a Giant Peach team member will provide setup and breakdown of game(s) prior to and at the end of the event. Setup will begin prior to rental duration. Breakdown will begin at end of rental duration. 3. Recommendations: Remove heels during use. **Product Details: 1. Dimensions: The full board is 8 feet 3 inches x 8 feet 3 inches. 2. The set includes 24 pieces - all 10" diameter; (12) Black Garden Checkers Pieces; (12) White Garden Checkers Pieces; (6) Plastic Rods (MegaChess). Light-weight. Made of high-density plastic. The set includes a commercial grade roll-up mat (64 squares, 12 inches x 12 inches each). Built for indoor and outdoor use. **Cancellations: For transportation purposes, please provide notice of cancellation 7 or more days in advance of event. If outdoor event is cancelled due to poor weather conditions, please provide notice within 24 hours of event start time. If unforeseen weather conditions occur day of event, a refund can still be issued.
